29\u53f7<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5927\u5bb6\u597d\uff01<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5728\u672c\u671f\u65b0\u95fb\u4e2d\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u5411\u5927\u5bb6\u4ecb\u7ecd \u201c2022 \u5e74\u7f8e\u56fd\u5316\u5986\u54c1\u73b0\u4ee3\u5316\u6cd5\u6848(<strong>MoCRA<\/strong>)\u201d\u3002\u4eca\u5e7412\u670829\u65e5<strong>MoCRA<\/strong>\u751f\u6548\u65f6\uff0c<strong>\u672a\u5728FDA\u6ce8\u518c\u7684\u4ea7\u54c1\u5c06\u65e0\u6cd5\u5728\u7f8e\u56fd\u9500\u552e<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1938\u5e74\u9881\u5e03\u7684FD&amp;C\uff08\u8054\u90a6\u98df\u54c1\u3001\u836f\u54c1\u548c\u5316\u5986\u54c1\u6cd5\u6848\uff09\u5b9e\u9645\u4e0a\u53ea\u6709\u5bf9OTC\u4ea7\u54c1\u8fdb\u884c\u76d1\u7ba1\uff0c<strong>\u4f46MoCRA\u4f5c\u4e3aFD&amp;C\u7684\u8865\u5145\u578b\u7279\u522b\u6cd5\u89c4\uff0c\u5c06\u628aFDA\u7684\u6743\u9650\u4eceOTC\u4ea7\u54c1\u6269\u5927\u5230\u666e\u901a\u5316\u5986\u54c1\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u968f\u7740MoCRA\u7684\u751f\u6548\uff0c<strong>\u6240\u6709\u5236\u9020\/\u52a0\u5de5\u8bbe\u65bd\u548c\u4ea7\u54c1\u6210\u5206\u7684\u6ce8\u518c\u6210\u4e3a\u5f3a\u5236\u6027\u7684\u3002<\/strong> \u4e8e\u6b64\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u5b83\u8fd8\u8981\u6c42<strong>\u9075\u5b88\u826f\u597d\u64cd\u4f5c\u89c4\u8303(GMP)<\/strong>\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MoCRA\u6ca1\u6709\u9488\u5bf9\u5316\u5986\u54c1\u539f\u6599\u5236\u9020\u5546\u7684\u89c4\u5b9a\uff0c\u4f46\u8981\u6c42OEM\/ODM\u516c\u53f8\u548c\u54c1\u724c\u516c\u53f8<strong>\u5fc5\u987b\u4f7f\u7528\u5728\u7b26\u5408GMP\u89c4\u5b9a\u7684\u8bbe\u5907\u4e2d\u751f\u4ea7\u7684\u539f\u6599\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5148\u8fdb\u7f8e\u5986\u79d1\u6280\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\u5728<strong>\u7f8e\u56fdFDA<\/strong>\u5bf9API\u7684\u68c0\u67e5\u4e2d\u83b7\u5f97\u4e86\u65e0\u4efb\u4f55\u4fee\u6539\u4e8b\u9879\u7684<strong>\u6700\u9ad8NAI\u7b49\u7ea7<\/strong>\uff0c\u5e76\u83b7\u5f97\u4e86\u5316\u5986\u54c1\u884c\u4e1a\u826f\u597d\u751f\u4ea7\u548c\u8d28\u91cf\u63a7\u5236\uff08GMP\uff09\u56fd\u9645\u6807\u51c6<strong>ISO 22716\u8ba4\u8bc1<\/strong>\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u4f7f\u7528\u672c\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u5316\u5986\u54c1\u539f\u6599\uff0c\u5c06\u53ef\u4ee5\u66f4\u8f7b\u677e\u5730\u901a\u8fc7\u590d\u6742\u7684MoCRA\u6cd5\u89c4\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u5bf9\u4e0a\u8ff0\u5185\u5bb9\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u7591\u95ee\u6216\u9700\u8981\u66f4\u591a\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u8bf7\u901a\u8fc7\u4ee5\u4e0b\u8054\u7cfb\u65b9\u5f0f\u4e0e\u6211\u4eec\u8054\u7cfb\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p 1938\u5e74\u9881\u5e03\u7684FD&amp;C\uff08\u8054\u90a6\u98df\u54c1\u3001\u836f\u54c1\u548c\u5316\u5986\u54c1\u6cd5\u6848\uff09\u5b9e\u9645\u4e0a\u53ea\u6709\u5bf9OTC\u4ea7\u54c1\u8fdb\u884c\u76d1\u7ba1\uff0c\u4f46MoCRA\u4f5c\u4e3aFD&amp;C\u7684\u8865\u5145\u578b\u7279\u522b\u6cd5\u89c4\uff0c\u5c06\u628aFDA\u7684\u6743\u9650\u4eceOTC\u4ea7\u54c1\u6269\u5927\u5230\u666e\u901a\u5316\u5986\u54c1\u3002 \u968f\u7740MoCRA\u7684\u751f\u6548\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u5236\u9020\/\u52a0\u5de5\u8bbe\u65bd\u548c\u4ea7\u54c1\u6210\u5206\u7684\u6ce8\u518c\u6210\u4e3a\u5f3a\u5236\u6027\u7684\u3002 \u4e8e\u6b64\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u5b83\u8fd8\u8981\u6c42\u9075\u5b88\u826f\u597d\u64cd\u4f5c\u89c4\u8303(GMP)\u3002 MoCRA\u6ca1\u6709\u9488\u5bf9\u5316\u5986\u54c1\u539f\u6599\u5236\u9020\u5546\u7684\u89c4\u5b9a\uff0c\u4f46\u8981\u6c42OEM\/ODM\u516c\u53f8\u548c\u54c1\u724c\u516c\u53f8\u5fc5\u987b\u4f7f\u7528\u5728\u7b26\u5408GMP\u89c4\u5b9a\u7684\u8bbe\u5907\u4e2d\u751f\u4ea7\u7684\u539f\u6599\u3002 \u5148\u8fdb\u7f8e\u5986\u79d1\u6280\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\u5728\u7f8e\u56fdFDA\u5bf9API\u7684\u68c0\u67e5\u4e2d\u83b7\u5f97\u4e86\u65e0\u4efb\u4f55\u4fee\u6539\u4e8b\u9879\u7684\u6700\u9ad8NAI\u7b49\u7ea7\uff0c\u5e76\u83b7\u5f97\u4e86\u5316\u5986\u54c1\u884c\u4e1a\u826f\u597d\u751f\u4ea7\u548c\u8d28\u91cf\u63a7\u5236\uff08GMP\uff09\u56fd\u9645\u6807\u51c6ISO 22716\u8ba4\u8bc1\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u4f7f\u7528\u672c\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u5316\u5986\u54c1\u539f\u6599\uff0c\u5c06\u53ef\u4ee5\u66f4\u8f7b\u677e\u5730\u901a\u8fc7\u590d\u6742\u7684MoCRA\u6cd5\u89c4\u3002 \u5982\u679c\u60a8\u5bf9\u4e0a\u8ff0\u5185\u5bb9\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u7591\u95ee\u6216\u9700\u8981\u66f4\u591a\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u8bf7\u901a\u8fc7\u4ee5\u4e0b\u8054\u7cfb\u65b9\u5f0f\u4e0e\u6211\u4eec\u8054\u7cfb\u3002
